Who operates the service

Woods Intelligence is operated by Mathew Woods. Privacy questions, requests, and appeals can be sent to the contact address shown below.

What we collect

Anonymous use stores product data in your browser. The hosting service may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, request logs, and aggregate traffic measurements. If you sign in with ChatGPT, Woods Intelligence receives the email address associated with that sign-in and may receive your display name. If you choose cloud save, we store the product records you submit.

What product data may contain

Pad Buddy records may contain customer, site, equipment, personnel, procedure, checklist, typed attestation, and job information. LoreForge records may contain manuscripts, canon, comments, timelines, and creative notes. Blender Director records may contain scene specifications, local file paths, license records, and asset metadata. Do not submit regulated, classified, export-controlled, health, payment-card, highly sensitive personal, or third-party confidential data unless you have authority and an appropriate agreement.

Why we process it

We process information to perform the features you request, authenticate cloud users, save and retrieve records, protect the service, diagnose failures, respond to support and privacy requests, comply with law, and understand aggregate product usage. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of our agreement, your consent, legitimate interests in security and service operation, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, use targeted advertising, or train a paid AI model on your product content.

Local storage, evidence files, and cookies

Local product data and preferences may be stored in your browser. Pad Buddy photo and PDF evidence contents stay browser-local and are included only when you explicitly download a project ZIP; optional cloud save sends record fields and attachment metadata, not the evidence-file contents. Image files may contain metadata such as capture time or device information, so remove metadata before attaching when necessary. Sign-in may use authentication cookies operated by the hosting platform. Woods Intelligence does not add advertising cookies. You can clear local data with your browser controls and delete cloud records from the Account page.

Sharing

Information is processed by infrastructure and authentication providers only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect rights and safety. We do not publish your private product records or share them with other Woods Intelligence users.

Retention and security

Local data remains until you clear it. Cloud product records remain until you delete them, the account is deleted, or the service is discontinued, subject to limited provider backups, security logs, and records retained when law requires. We use access controls, server-side ownership checks, input limits, and managed hosting protections, but no online system is perfectly secure. Export important work and avoid using the service as your only backup.

Your choices and rights

You may use the products without signing in, export local or cloud records, correct records in the product, and delete cloud records. The Account page provides direct export and deletion controls. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to confirm processing; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of data; opt out of certain processing; appeal a denied request; withdraw consent; complain to a regulator; or receive equal service after exercising a right.

Submitting and appealing a request

Email the privacy contact below with “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line and describe the request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the request concerns your account. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits, but authority and identity may need to be verified. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any denial and available appeal path.

Global Privacy Control

Because Woods Intelligence does not sell personal data or use targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising activity to opt out of. We will honor legally required browser-based opt-out signals if those practices are introduced.

Children

The services are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information about a child under 13. If we learn that prohibited child data was collected, we will take steps to delete it.

International use

Service infrastructure may process data in the United States. Users outside the United States are responsible for determining whether use and transfer are permitted in their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
