Safety & Professional Disclaimer
Read this before using Pad Buddy Pro or acting on any Woods Intelligence output.
Pad Buddy Pro is a planning aid
Pad Buddy Pro is not an engineer, inspector, employer, authority having jurisdiction, manufacturer, code publisher, welding procedure, heat-treatment procedure, or quality-control system. It does not certify code compliance and must not be used as the sole basis for field work.
Mandatory independent verification
A qualified and authorized person must verify every input and output against the contract-required code edition, approved WPS/PWHT procedure, engineering instructions, manufacturer ratings, calibrated equipment, site conditions, electrical distribution, permits, and applicable law before energizing equipment or beginning heat treatment.
Code references are not code rules
Links and reference names identify potentially relevant publications. They do not reproduce the complete copyrighted standards, select the governing edition, interpret requirements, or guarantee that a standard applies. Contracts and jurisdictions may adopt older editions or additional rules.
Electrical, fire, and worksite hazards
Heat treatment can involve lethal voltage, high current, hot surfaces, fire, pressure, confined spaces, combustible materials, hazardous atmospheres, damaged insulation, and unexpected process conditions. Follow lockout/tagout, energized-work, grounding, overcurrent protection, temporary wiring, fire watch, atmospheric testing, PPE, barricading, monitoring, and emergency requirements applicable to the work.
No automatic authorization
A green check, “ready” label, exported report, or completed checklist only means the entered software checks passed. It never authorizes work. Stop when inputs are unknown, requirements conflict, equipment is unsuitable, or a qualified reviewer has not approved the plan.
Checklists, evidence, and typed sign-offs
Attachments, checklist selections, names, timestamps, and typed attestations are user-entered recordkeeping aids. Woods Intelligence does not verify identity, qualification, image authenticity, calibration, field conditions, or authority to approve work. Use the controlled quality and signature systems required by the employer, owner, contract, procedure, and jurisdiction.
LoreForge and Blender Director
Text findings are automated heuristics and may be wrong or incomplete. Generated Blender scripts require review before execution and can modify the open Blender file. Save backups, use authorized assets, inspect the script, and run it first in a new project. A passing Blender Director acceptance report confirms only the machine-readable checks listed in that report; it does not prove artistic quality, correct rig behavior, asset ownership, renderer compatibility, or suitability for publication.
